Business accounts

The business manager is responsible for accurate account information, authorized employee access, secure credentials, and activity performed through the business account.

Trial and subscription

A card-required 14-day trial converts to the selected monthly or annual subscription unless canceled before renewal. Prices and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Billing and cancellation are managed through Stripe's secure customer portal.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful inventory, listing, research, fulfillment, labeling, and related business operations. You may not misuse marketplace data, scrape services in violation of their rules, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another business's account without authorization.

Marketplace and printer services

Connected marketplaces, printers, drivers, and operating systems remain independent products governed by their own terms. Availability of integrations depends on their APIs, permissions, data, drivers, and approval processes. You remain responsible for reviewing listings, prices, policies, labels, taxes, and shipments.

Data and backups

Scanmerce includes synchronization and recovery features, but customers should maintain appropriate business records and verify important imports, listings, label output, and shipments. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer data, third-party outages, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

Service changes and termination

Features may change to improve the product, maintain security, support new printers, or comply with marketplace and legal requirements. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, security threats, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
