Business accounts

The business manager is responsible for accurate account information, authorized employee access, secure credentials, and activity performed through the business account.

Trial and subscription

Each eligible new business receives one 14-day trial without providing a card: Basic tools, up to 5,000 active listings, 100 accuracy checks total, and three employees plus one owner. The trial does not automatically convert or charge you. The primary Admin may choose a paid plan at any time; paid access begins after Stripe confirms payment. Basic paid access supports 2,000 active listings, so a business with more listings must reduce its listing count or choose a larger plan. If no plan is purchased, access for the business and its employees pauses when the trial ends. Business records and the marketplace connection are preserved for reactivation for at least 30 days and are not deleted merely because the trial expired.

Paid plans include the same tools with different listing, accuracy-check, and employee allowances. Annual billing costs ten monthly base payments. Accuracy allowances renew monthly from the subscription anchor, including on annual plans. Upgrading does not reset checks already used in the current allowance period. Upgrades require confirmation of any displayed prorated charge and activate after confirmed payment; downgrades take effect at renewal. Active managers, employees, and valid pending invitations count toward employee places, excluding one included owner. Optional Warehouse employee places require an explicit purchase.

A paid business above its active-listing allowance has a 72-hour grace period. After that period, eBay imports, orders, messages, tracking, and accuracy checks pause until the business is within its allowance or upgrades. Limited count-only checks may detect a reduced listing count; they do not refresh orders or other store data while paused. Using all accuracy checks pauses only accuracy work until the next allowance period or an eligible paid upgrade. Plan limits do not automatically create overage charges.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful inventory, listing, research, fulfillment, and related business operations. You may not misuse marketplace data, scrape services in violation of their rules, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use another business's account without authorization.

Marketplace services

Connected marketplaces remain independent services governed by their own terms. Availability of marketplace features depends on their APIs, permissions, data, and approval processes. You remain responsible for reviewing listings, prices, policies, orders, labels, taxes, and shipments.

Data and backups

The service includes synchronization and recovery features, but customers should maintain appropriate business records and verify important imports, listings, and shipments. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer data, marketplace outages, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

Service changes and termination

Features may change to improve the product, maintain security, or comply with marketplace and legal requirements. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, security threats, or material violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
