Start a 14-day free trialOne primary Admin is included separately. Active managers, employees, and valid pending invitations count as people—not devices. Deactivation frees the place. Annual plans receive monthly accuracy allowances anchored to the subscription start. Used checks carry forward within that allowance period when you upgrade; they are not reset by switching plans.
Paid stores above their active-listing limit have a 72-hour grace period. After that, eBay imports—including sales, tracking, and messages—and accuracy checks pause until the store fits or the owner upgrades. Limited count-only checks detect recovery. Using all accuracy checks pauses only the checker until the displayed reset date. No automatic overage charges.

What can Scanmerce do with my eBay connection?
The connection supports importing listings and orders, creating and publishing approved listings, and supported shipping and messaging workflows. It is not a read-only connection. eBay shows the permissions during authorization; you can revoke access in your eBay account’s third-party app settings.
Does the AI change my listings?
No. Listing Accuracy Check flags potential contradictions for you to review. It does not automatically edit or end live listings. AI can miss issues or flag something that is correct, so check the evidence before making a change.
What is included in the free trial?
14 days, up to 5,000 active listings, 100 accuracy checks total, and 3 employees plus the owner. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. The 100 checks are a trial pool—not 100 per day. Your initial inventory import does not use that pool.
Which plan will I need after the trial?
Basic is $49.99/month for up to 2,000 active listings. Growth is $99.99/month for up to 5,000. For example, a store with 3,000 active listings needs Growth or a larger plan after the trial. Check the pricing table for employee and accuracy-check allowances too.
What happens if I do not choose a paid plan?
At trial expiry, business and employee access pauses. Your records and eBay connection are retained for at least 30 days for reactivation. There is no automatic trial charge. For a paid subscription, the primary Admin can manage renewal and cancellation in Billing.
Do I need a special scanner or a complete warehouse setup?
No special scanner is required for the phone scanning tools. You can start with one labeled shelf and a few packages, or begin with Listing Studio. Scanning your entire inventory is not a prerequisite for trying every feature.
Is Scanmerce an eBay product?
Scanmerce is an independent service, not eBay. Using eBay’s authorization system does not mean eBay endorses Scanmerce. You remain responsible for your listings and marketplace policies.
